Remote Desktop Support now Available

ProTek Services is pleased to announce that we now offer on demand remote desktop support to all of our current clients.  This is in addition to the host machines that we have previously supported remotely.  This will include help with regular desktop issues on your office machines.  The cost will be the same as onsite support minus travel times for problems that can be fixed remotely.  Help with software installations, new printers, some network configuration support.  We thank you for continuing to use ProTek for all your software and control system needs.
