We are so excited to get the word out on our new Water Information Management Service Software that we have devised a new program to help this along. We value your referrals so much we are willing to pay for them.
ProTek Services LLC is pleased to announce a new bounty program for referral customers. ProTek will send you a check for every new customer you refer to us that either purchases a software product or signs up for one of our web services.
Bounty schedule:
Software License Purchase - 5% of software line items on first major software purchase. Includes customization charges etc.
Online Services - 5% of First Year estimated subscription fee.
Bounties will be paid within 60 days of payment of first invoice.
There are a few things we do, such as data import and manipulation, desktop support, onsite support, hardware, installation, third party software licensing, and troubleshooting that will not currently qualify for a bounty payout.
ProTek would like to ask you to work with us to make this software better and more feature rich with your ideas. So we would appreciate any feedback on the software and how we can improve it, and if we find a way to include that particular feature or improvement, we would like to offer something in return. This could be a discount on your annual charges, or possibly some other bonus we could provide. |

ProTek Services LLC is pleased to bring you the online version of ProTek Water Information Management System. Water Information Management helps you to reduce the amount of paper that is taking up space on your desk, and in your office by allowing you to enter the data into a database that is accessible from anywhere in the world over the internet. It also gives you the ability to produce reports instantly and helps you track maintenance and other information for your valves, meters and hydrants. There is also mapping and a number of other features included and some future additions already in the works.

Pricing is $50.00/$95.00 per month plus $5.00 per month for each additional user on the basic account.
$50.00 monthly fee is for up to 30 sites, if you have more than 30 sites the monthly charge will be $95.00 for the added database maintenance and optimization required.

ProTek Services LLC has just released our ProTek Water Management System 1.0. After consulting with our customers, we have built an application that allows for the tracking of almost an unlimited amount of data about your water system. We also have included the ability to track and map your hydrants, meters, and valves including maintenance. We already are working on v2.0 which will include the following: multiple users, shared databases, calendar syncing, and email/sms alerts to remind of maintenance or meetings that have been added to the calendaring system. We are also working on a completely hosted version that will be available through any browser for a low monthly fee and full data redundancy.
We have a demo version of the program available for download for you to test out.

ProTek Services is pleased to announce the availability of our new software package for plant and scada operation. It no longer uses the previous generation components and will work on 64bit systems with issues. It is a complete software rewrite to do the upgrade, so unless we find other problems with your current system, we will not be replacing the main VisualHMI application for free. The updated chart and event viewer softwares have been pushed out to most of our existing clients. Those that are still on a previous generation will be upgraded as they have other work done on the host system. So far these updates have been basically free. Upgrades past the currently versions will be at the normal pricing at the time. We now have our first system using the third generation software online. We have also added another report generation system to our available options during the last few weeks. If you have any other questions, feel free to call, or drop an email. |
